Join a well-established Family Medicine group in central Kansas offering a 4-day clinical work week, practice-only call, and the flexibility to shape your scope around outpatient primary care, procedures, sports medicine, newborn care, ER, or inpatient work if desired.
• 4-day outpatient-focused work week with no required OB or inpatient responsibilities
• Option to see all ages or focus primarily on adults; procedures, sports medicine, newborn rounding, EM, and inpatient shifts available if desired
• 1:1 physician-to-nurse ratio with 3 exam rooms per physician
• EPIC EMR with AI documentation support
• Practicing physicians, 2026-2028 residents, part-time candidates, and J-1/H-1B visa candidates encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) & Kansas loan forgiveness programs
• 7.5 weeks off annually
• 8.5% employer retirement match
