• The Family Practice Physician provides comprehensive primary and urgent medical care across all age groups.
• This role supports healthcare operations in a Military Treatment Facility or similar environment.
• The physician delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance with U.S. and host nation regulations.
• The position requires independent clinical judgment and readiness to work in remote, austere, or contingency environments.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct patient evaluations, histories, physical exams, and diagnosis
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
• Provide urgent and emergency care, including stabilization and evacuation coordination
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support operational readiness in remote or deployed settings
Qualifications
• Completion of at least one year of internship or residency training
• Current, valid, and unrestricted medical license (U.S. state or territory)
• Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA recognized)
• Minimum 1 year of supervised clinical experience post-degree
• Current BCLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Must complete credentialing and privileging prior to practice
Working Hours
• Hours may vary based on operational and mission requirements
• On-call and emergency coverage required

• Adaptability in remote and high-pressure environments
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with military or government healthcare systems preferred
