Job Highlights
- Full time, hospital employed
- Monday – Friday Normal Day Clinic Hours typically 8:00am – 5:30pm
- This role will serve as the collaborating physician for Advanced Practice Providers
- Approximately 20 patients per day
- Epic EMR
- Practicing MD/DO who is BC, prefers 5+ years of experience
- Compensation: $280,000 + Medical Director stipend of $10,000/year
- Sign on bonus of $25,000
- FTE 0.60/0.40 (3 days patient care, 2 days admin)
- The ½ day Saturday requirement will need to be mandated at 1 per month
- This role must understand direct-to-employer models where client leaders may include elected officials and municipal leaders
- Provide such supervision, management, and oversight to the Employer Health Centers to ensure that professional services rendered meet or exceed accepted standards of care, including accreditation standards as applicable
Education Requirements
- Graduate from a medical school recognized or approved by the Medical Licensing Board
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of Family Medicine experience required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
