Primary Care Physician – Family Medicine
Compensation:** Competitive base salary with wRVU productivity bonus
Overview
Join a hospital-employed outpatient practice providing comprehensive primary care in a collaborative, community-focused setting. This opportunity is open to Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Med-Peds physicians and offers a supportive environment with access to a strong network of specialists and advanced practice providers. Both experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive outpatient care for a diverse patient population
* Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
* Deliver preventive care, screenings, and health education
* Manage long-term patient relationships and continuity of care
* Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
* Participate in shared after-hours phone call rotation

* Outpatient-focused practice
* Hospital-employed model with strong support infrastructure
* Shared after-hours phone call rotation with physicians and APPs
* Access to a broad referral network across multiple specialties

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
* New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive base salary with wRVU productivity incentives
* Student loan forgiveness: up to $25,000/year (maximum $200,000)
* 5 weeks PTO (including holidays)
