Seeking experienced BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join team in Charleston, South Carolina
Position Highlights:
Outpatient primary care setting
Monday through Friday schedule
Established practice with strong patient base
Opportunity to work with residents if desired
Collaborative, team-based environment
Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient primary care services
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Deliver preventive care and wellness visits
Collaborate with care team to coordinate patient care
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Minimum of 3 years post-residency experience required
Active South Carolina license or ability to obtain
