Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join established group in Dublin, Georgia
Position Highlights:
Established practice with 9 physicians
Outpatient primary care setting
Call schedule 1:9 with no ER call
36 exam rooms with in-house lab and pharmacy
Procedure capabilities including imaging and diagnostic testing
Long-standing practice with strong community presence
Patient-centered medical home model
System-supported EMR
Responsibilities:
Provide outpatient primary care services
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform office-based procedures as applicable
Deliver preventive care and wellness services
Collaborate with care team to coordinate patient care
Participate in call coverage
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
Active Georgia license or ability to obtain
