We are seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and patient care across skilled nursing facilities in Whitefish, Montana. Job Responsibilities
• Serve as Medical Director for assigned sites, ensuring quality and compliance
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies based on evidence-based practices
• Coordinate referrals and multidisciplinary care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
• Manage medical supplies and clinical operations as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and record completion
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active Montana medical license (or ability to obtain)
• SNF or post-acute care experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• MD, DO, or MBBS degree
