One of the leading organizations in Illinois is looking for a family medicine physician to join their growing primary care team of over 30 primary care physicians
Position Highlights:
• 4-day work week and 42 days off for unmatched work/life balance
• Outpatient practice - free of any inpatient responsibilities
• Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, pre-authorizations, and after-hours calls
• Opportunities to craft your scope of practice to your unique skillset
• Practicing physicians and current residents encouraged to apply
• Collegial team of primary care physicians eager to welcome you and provide mentorship if interested
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary + annual quality bonuses = ~$307,000+ year one
• Incredible wRVU earning potential to earn beyond this
• $210,000 Recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
