### **Family Medicine Medical Director opening in Plentywood, MT**
Located in Plentywood, MT - Williston 55 miles, Sidney 75 miles
Full-time; Permanent
### **Overview:**
* Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
* Dual role: Clinical Physician + Medical Director
* Full-spectrum rural medicine across outpatient, inpatient, ED, and long-term care
* Provide outpatient primary care for all ages in Rural Health Clinic
* Participate in hospital admissions, rounding, and long-term care coverage
* ED/Inpatient call: minimum 5 shifts per month
* Lead quality initiatives including patient satisfaction, utilization review, and infection prevention
* Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, staffing, and operations
* Supervise APPs and oversee clinical documentation and compliance
* Participate in committees, accreditation, and regulatory readiness
* Strong, collaborative rural health system with broad scope of practice
