Reynolds Primary Care, part of the physician-owned Virginia Physicians, Inc., is seeking a dedicated BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a long-established, highly respected primary care practice in Richmond. This group values stability, strong work ethic, and physicians who want to build a long-term home and ultimately retire from the practice.
Position Highlights

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30a–5p (4.5 days/week; flexible half-day)

Patient Panel: start with 8–10 pts/day, ramp to 18–24/day

Compensation: ~$208K guaranteed for 2 years, full benefits, 401K match, CME, 3 weeks PTO

Career Growth: Mandatory partnership track after guaranteed period; production-based earnings once partnered

Support: Personal office, dedicated RN, low-volume call.

Requirements

BC/BE in IM or FM

DEA + BLS

Clean license/background (past 5 years)
