Job Responsibilities
• Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and self-management strategies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical reviews, and team-based care planning
Qualifications
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA license
• Strong commitment to community-based, culturally competent care
Working Hours
• Outpatient setting with shared rotational on-call responsibilities
Skills
