Position Overview
Provide outpatient primary care services; typical volume 15-25 patients/day
Patient population: all ages
Team support: MA, RN, LPN (not solo)
Primary care in an FQHC environment; Medical Spanish preferred
Site Details

Supervision: possibly
Urgent care procedures (splinting/suturing) required: No
Required Qualifications
MD/DO - Primary Care / Family Medicine
Board Certified / Board Eligible
DEA required
BLS and ALS required
Active Pennsylvania license required (must be in hand prior to presentation)
Medicare/Medicaid number required prior to presentation
Experience: 2+ years preferred (will consider less on a case-by-case basis)
Credentialing / Onboarding
Estimated onboarding time: 61-90 days
