We are currently working with Hartford HealthCare Corporation at their Outpatient Primary Care Clinic in Thomaston, CT. They are seeking some ongoing Primary Care Locum coverage starting July 1st. At Hartford Health, their top priority is their patients well-being and support them through every step and stage of life. Primary Care – Outpatient Clinic:
• Seeking coverage starting July 1st
- Ongoing coverage needed
• Monday – Friday (will consider 4 days a week)
• Hours: 8a-4:30p (w/ 30 min lunch)
• Seeing 18-20 patients per day
• Bread and Butter Primary Care
• Seeing ages 18+
• 3 Doctor Practice
• Each provider will have an MA
• Support Staff: RN and front desk
• Must have a CT State License and DEA
• Must be Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine
• EMR: EPIC
