We have an exciting Medical Director position for an outpatient Family Medicine Physician in Brick, NJ. Chief Residents are welcome to apply!
Partnership Health an outpatient Family Medicine Practice is seeking an experienced Medical Director for an outpatient office in Brick.
Our office sees patients 2 and above.
We are open only to the employees of the Brick Township School system.
Our offices offer onsite Family medicine, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, X-Ray, and Behavioral Health.

Job Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction for family medicine services
Oversee medical management activities including utilization management and patient care protocols
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, NCQA standards, and FDA guidelines
Supervise medical staff, including physicians and support personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Manage medical records and documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
Lead clinical development initiatives and participate in research projects to advance family medicine practices
Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to meet accreditation standards
Utilize EMR/EHR systems effectively for patient documentation and data analysis
Engage in project management activities related to healthcare delivery improvements
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine
3 years outpatient experienced preferred
Will take Chief Residents

Skills
Extensive background in managed care environments with familiarity in healthcare management strategies
Demonstrated expertise in EMR/EHR systems, utilization management, and clinical research methodologies
Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and hospital-based practices
Experience supervising medical teams and managing multidisciplinary staff in compliance with NCQA standards and HIPAA regulations
Knowledge of FDA regulations relevant to clinical practice and research activities
Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
