Location - New York (Multiple Locations) – On-site
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care in a multi-specialty outpatient setting.
This role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and delivering high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine exams, screenings, and preventive care
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible state medical license
- Completion of Family Medicine residency
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
Preferred
- Experience in outpatient settings
- Strong chronic disease management skills
- Experience with diverse patient populations
