A thriving Critical Access Health System is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its expanding team.

Position Highlights
- Schedule: 4-day workweek (four 10-hour days)
- Call: Minimal
- Patient Volume: 16–20 patients/day (flexible based on provider preference)
- Opportunities: Resident teaching and mentorship available
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $225,000 – $345,000 + production & organizational bonuses
