We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care. The role includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered treatment for diverse populations.
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform routine exams and screenings
• Preventive care and wellness visits
• Develop treatment plans
• Patient education
• Maintain EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine
• Active NY license or eligible
• Family Medicine residency completion
• Bilingual Spanish required
