Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Collaborate within an integrated care model involving behavioral health, pharmacy, and dental services.
Manage chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension) using evidence-based protocols that have earned the organization "National Quality Leader" status.
Perform minor outpatient procedures and preventative screenings in a state-of-the-art clinical environment.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) while adhering to HRSA gold-standard quality metrics.
Qualifications
Education: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school of medicine.
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Licensure: Must possess or be eligible for an unrestricted California Medical License.
Credentialing: Current DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certification.

Working Hours
Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Standard outpatient hours (typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Flexibility: Opportunities for flexible four-day work weeks (4/10 schedule) may be available to support work-life balance.
Call: Limited, telephonic-only call rotation with no hospital rounding required.
Skills
Clinical Proficiency: Mastery of outpatient Family Medicine and preventative care.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse patient base; Spanish bilingual skills are a significant plus but not required.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
