Join a close-knit team of three experienced providers w/ an established patient panel ready for you from day one. This rural facility offers the opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine, combining both inpatient & outpatient care for a well-rounded & rewarding clinical experience.
Details:
• Enjoy practicing in a facility that truly prioritizes quality over quantity. Your daily schedule is designed to be manageable & patient centered, w/ new providers averaging 10-12 patients per day during the ramp up period
• A typical day may include rounding on one inpatient, providing backup coverage for ED consults, & seeing 10-12 patients
• Oracle Cerner w/ Ambient AI listening device
• An exceptional culture that fosters long term employee retention & builds lasting trust with patients
• $350K base salary w/ exceptional earning potential exceeding $500K
• $90K in student loan repayment assistance
