- Work Dates Needed: ASAP – ongoing and long term
- Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
- Worksite Setting: Divide time between 2 outpatient clinics
- Scope of Work: Family Medicine with 16 patients per day including well women care and 30-days old to geriatrics
- Requirements: CA license, DEA, BLS, Board Cert, MD/DO
- EMR: EPIC
