🩺 Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician – New York (Capital Region)

We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice in New York’s Capital Region. This role offers a balanced schedule, strong team support, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care across all age groups in a physician-led environment.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for all ages 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions 🧠
• See an average of 18–24 patients per day 📊
• Work a 40-hour week (34 patient-facing hours) ⏰
• Participate in light call (phone-only) with RN triage support 📞
• Provide occasional telemedicine coverage on select weekends 💻
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary care teams 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation 🖥️
• Engage in teaching opportunities (medical students, NP/PA students) 🎓

🎓 Qualifications

• MD/DO degree
• Board Certified in Family Medicine (or truly Board Eligible within 5 years)
• Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• ACLS & DEA certification required
• Strong interest in primary care across all age groups

• Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000 annually 💵
