🩺 Family Medicine / Primary Care Physician – New York (Capital Region)

We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice in New York’s Capital Region. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all age groups, with strong clinical support, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for teaching and leadership.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for all ages (pediatrics to geriatrics) 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
• Manage acute conditions, chronic illnesses, and injuries 🧠
• Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and preventive care 🛡️
• Offer lifestyle counseling and patient education 🥗
• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) 🤝
• Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage support 📞
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation 💻

🎓 Qualifications

• MD/DO degree
• Board Certified in Family Medicine OR IM/Peds (or truly Board Eligible)
• Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience required
• Clean malpractice and licensing history ✅
• ACLS & DEA certification required

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $250,000 – $260,000 annually 💵
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $75,000 (paid with first paycheck) 🎉
