Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR system
• Manage patient panels and ensure continuity of care
• Participate in shared outpatient call rotation
Qualifications
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient care
• Ability to work in a team based environment
Working Hours
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Shared call approximately one in four
