Overview:
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. This role emphasizes preventive services, ongoing management of medical conditions, and strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum primary care for patients across all ages, including newborns
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive care services, including routine physicals and screenings
Conduct well-woman exams and other age-appropriate health assessments
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and manage medications as clinically appropriate
Collaborate with clinical staff and specialists to coordinate care
Maintain thorough and timely medical records
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active medical license in Texas
Strong clinical judgment in outpatient primary care
Effective communication and patient education skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
