Family Medicine Physician – Salinas, CA
Salary: $250K–$300K + $50K Sign-On Bonus
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established primary care team in Salinas, CA. This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys a mix of direct patient care and clinical leadership in an efficient, team-based environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care (all ages)
- Deliver patient-centered, high-quality care
- Provide clinical leadership and team supervision
- Maintain efficient workflow and documentation
- Collaborate with staff and care teams
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Family Medicine
- Active California license (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA
- NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
