Seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician for a well-established outpatient practice in a vibrant retirement community, replacing a departing physician. Serve a concentrated, geriatric patient population of 2,600 residents. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with a manageable volume of 12-14 patients daily (20 minutes per patient).. The robust clinical team includes 1 Medical Director, 1 other Physician, 3 Nurse Practitioners, and dedicated support staff (MA, RN for wound care, RN supervisor, and office manager).
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary & Bonus: Competitive base salary up to $300,000, plus performance bonus potential.
Malpractice Coverage: Covered by the employer, including tail coverage.
Time Off: 156 hours of annual vacation time and 7 paid holidays.
CME: Paid for by the employer.
Relocation/Sign-On: Relocation assistance is offered, and a sign-on bonus is available if necessary.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic and acute conditions, with a focus on the geriatric population.
Maintain a high-quality standard of care during 20-minute patient appointments.
Collaborate with the Medical Director, other physicians, and advanced practice providers (NPs).
Participate in a low-frequency, rotational call schedule (by phone) approximately every 5th or 6th weekend.
Requirements
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Board Certification (BC) is required.
Trained in Primary Care, Geriatric Care, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine.
