Family Medicine Physician – Northern NY | Near Montreal | Adirondack Region
Opportunity Highlights:
- Hospital-employed outpatient Family Medicine position
- Practice located in a modern office suite on hospital campus
- Monday–Friday schedule with strong work-life balance
- See a broad patient population: adolescents through geriatrics (no OB)
- Average 16–20 patients per day
- Phone-only call (1:4)
- EMR: Epic
- Established team of 4 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $300,000 – $350,000
- $25,000 sign-on bonus
- $15,000 relocation assistance
- CME allowance: $4,000 annually
- 240 hours of paid time off
