Compensation & Benefits
* Total compensation: $200,000 – $220,000
* 272 hours PTO annually (prorated based on start date)
* 80 hours sick leave annually (prorated)

Qualifications
* MD or DO degree with completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
* Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Preference for experience in or desire to work at FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facilities
