One of our Partners in Eastern North Carolina is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician (ABEM preferred or experienced IM/FM) to provide 12-hour ED coverage in a recently renovated, community-based emergency department.
This opportunity offers a strong combination of Top 10% compensation ($300/hour) and a manageable clinical environment, making it an ideal option for physicians looking to maximize earnings while avoiding the intensity of high-volume urban emergency departments.

Assignment Highlights

Job Responsibilities
• Provide emergency department care for adult patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute conditions
• Perform procedures within scope of practice
• Manage admissions and patient flow
• Collaborate with APPs, nursing staff, and specialists
• Document encounters in EPIC EMR
Skills & Experience
• ABEM preferred
• Will consider IM/FM with recent ED experience (within 12 months)
• Required (if IM/FM): ACLS, ATLS, PALS (AHA)
