Position Overview
The Senior Medical Director will provide clinical leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight across multiple care sites. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive quality outcomes, provider engagement, and organizational growth.
Compensation & Executive Benefits:
- $230,00 - $260,000 + Quarterly Bonuses (Based on Quality)

You will play a key role in:
- Defining clinical standards and best practices
- Enhancing patient outcomes and access to care
- Leading and mentoring a team of physicians and providers
- Aligning clinical strategy with organizational goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide system-wide clinical leadership and oversight
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics
- Mentor and develop physicians, APPs, and clinical leaders
- Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy and service line expansion
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Lead initiatives around value-based care, population health, and patient-centered models
- Optimize provider productivity while maintaining high-quality care standards
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field)
- Active or eligible medical license
- 5+ years of leadership experience (Medical Director, Associate Medical Director, etc.)
- Strong background in primary care and value-based care models preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable outcomes
