Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver patient-centered, culturally sensitive care using evidence-based medicine
- Prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and coordinate referrals as needed
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to support whole-person care
- Educate patients on health conditions and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for clinical care and compliance
- Stay current with clinical guidelines and best practices
Working Hours & Environment
This opportunity offers flexibility with both a temporary and permanent option. A 1099 temporary position is available in Coatesville, while a permanent position is based in New Holland.
New Holland offers a flexible schedule with clinic hours on Monday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and extended hours on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with potential for a four-day work week. Providers participate in an on-call rotation approximately every third weekend and practice within a supportive, collaborative team environment utilizing the Athena EMR system.

- Base salary starting at $227,000, with additional incentives and potential sign-on opportunities

Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
- Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or related specialty
- Commitment to patient-centered, community-focused care
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
