Location: San Diego, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
Schedule: 40 hours per week (Shifts may vary: Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday)
On-call rotation required (additional compensation provided)
Setting: Outpatient

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical care. This role involves delivering primary and preventive care, managing ongoing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

  • Provide direct primary care consistent with board certification

  • Conduct patient evaluations, including medical history and physical exams

  • Develop diagnostic and treatment plans

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests

  • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness

  • Coordinate care with specialists when necessary

  • Deliver preventive, acute, and chronic care management

  • Work collaboratively with medical, behavioral health, and dental teams

Administrative & Leadership Duties

  • Supervise and support mid-level providers (NPs/PAs), nurses, and medical staff

  • Participate in peer reviews and quality improvement initiatives

  • Assist with staff training, onboarding, and continuing education

  • Contribute to departmental planning and development

  • Participate in on-call rotation (additional compensation provided)

  • Communicate effectively with leadership and care teams

Qualifications

Required

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Completed internship and residency

  • Active California Medical License

  • Board Certified (Family Medicine)

  • Current DEA registration

  • New Graduates: Welcome to apply

Preferred

  • Bilingual (English + Cantonese / Mandarin / Vietnamese / Spanish)

  • Knowledge of public health principles
