• Fee-for-service compensation model with estimated annual earnings of $165,000–$261,000

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active Michigan license or ability to obtain
• Post-acute, nursing home, long-term care, geriatrics, or similar experience preferred
