A well-established, multi-disciplinary community medicine group in Brockton, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Adult Primary Care Physician to join its growing team. This is a 100% outpatient, clinic-based role focused exclusively on adult medicine, offering a highly desirable Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with no call and no weekend responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to an adult patient population in a fast-paced outpatient setting
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Partner with advanced practice providers, social workers, and case managers to deliver coordinated, team-based care
  • Promote preventive health measures and patient education to improve long-term outcomes
  • Contribute to a patient-centered care model with a strong emphasis on community health and health equity

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary: $220,000 – $258,824 annually

Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active or eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
  • Strong commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Haitian Creole preferred
  • Prior experience in ambulatory care, community health, or public health settings preferred
