Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well established practice in Northwestern Illinois. This opportunity offers flexibility to choose between outpatient only or traditional inpatient and outpatient practice. Physicians will work in a collaborative environment with strong patient volume and clinical support. This role provides excellent work life balance and long term stability
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
• Option to provide inpatient care depending on practice preference
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR system
• Manage patient panels and ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
• Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills in primary care
• Ability to work in a team based environment
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
Working Hours
• Option for outpatient only or traditional model
• Monday through Friday clinic schedule
• Flexible workload depending on practice preference
