Job Details:
Most NP's average about 50 charts a month, and about 2% is what the Collaborative physician will review (2-3 charts per month)
Oversight is just reviewing charts, no clinical decision-making
NO Prescribing
NO Treating
Only Health Risk assessments, just reporting data to health plans
Would need to be a Collaborative for 5 NP's in SC
The only Time the client would contact the provider is by email to review the NP charts. The provider should not expect any calls from the NP's.
