FM/IM Locum Need - South Central Indiana
- Work Dates Needed: End of March, beginning of April for 3-6 months to start.
- Preferred Schedule: Tuesday – 9am – 6pm, Thursday – 8am – 5pm and Friday – 9am – 6pm, with a potential to add another 8-hour shift in the future. No holidays
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Health Clinic
- Scope of Work: Acute Care/Primary Care. 2+
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified preferred, but will consider Board Eligible FM or IM, active IN license, IN CSR, BLS, DEA. Must be able to see ages 2+
