Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Spanish-English Bilingual Family Medicine Physician to join a growing healthcare team in Brooklyn, New York. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys working with diverse communities and is committed to improving patient outcomes through preventive care, patient education, and evidence-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine physical examinations, preventive screenings, and immunizations
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management and follow-up care
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and wellness strategies
• Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers when needed
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
• Stay updated on current medical advancements and clinical guidelines

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active and unrestricted medical license
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
