Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Mt. Juliet, TN
An established and busy community-based primary care practice is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, just outside Nashville. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established practice with strong patient demand and significant provider support, allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care without call responsibilities.
Position Details
Full-time outpatient Family Medicine position
Established practice with two physicians and five advanced practice providers
No call responsibilities
Collaborative, team-based practice environment
Technology and workflow support designed to reduce administrative burden
Treat a diverse patient population across all ages
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services
Conduct physical examinations and diagnose medical conditions
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Provide preventive care and patient health education
Manage chronic diseases and acute medical concerns
Order and interpret diagnostic testing
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Requirements
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Active Tennessee medical license or ability to obtain licensure
At least one year of experience preferred
Comfortable utilizing modern clinical technology and EMR systems
Ability to work effectively within a team-based environment
