Seeking a Primary Care Physician to join a growing clinical team in Syracuse, New York. This role offers strong autonomy, significant earning potential, and comprehensive clinical and administrative support.
Position Highlights:
Full-time W2 physician position
In-person practice in Syracuse, NY

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical history and physical examinations
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop and manage individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications:
MD or DO
Current New York medical license and DEA
Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or outpatient clinical settings preferred
New graduates are welcome to apply
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to relocate or commute to Syracuse, New York prior to start date
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated salary range: $179,000 – $288,186 annually
