Kβima:w Medical Center, a respected tribal health facility in beautiful Northern California, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its collaborative medical team. This role supports the existing primary care providers by helping manage patient access, same-day visits, and chronic disease follow-up care.

Position Overview
The physician will provide outpatient primary care services and support the medical department by assisting with:
β’ Same-day patient visits and overflow coverage
β’ Comprehensive primary care across all age groups
β’ Chronic disease management and follow-up care
β’ Diagnosis and treatment planning
β’ Specialist referrals and consultation when appropriate
β’ Coordination with nurse practitioners and physician assistants
β’ Participation in quality improvement initiatives and medical staff meetings

Qualifications
β’ MD or DO from an accredited U.S. institution (or recognized equivalent)
β’ Completion of at least one year of supervised clinical training (internship/residency)

β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills
