Job description
Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to provide full-scope, patient-centered care with access to rehabilitation, lab, radiology, and flexible scheduling in Central Michigan.
Details:
- Onsite Services: Rehabilitation, nutrition and diabetes counseling, and walk-in laboratory services
- Patient & Procedure Mix: Comprehensive family medicine, addressing physical, emotional, and social health from birth through adulthood, including preventive care and diagnosis/treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Call: 1:12 with nurse triage line support
- Support & Resources: Easy access to outpatient services such as radiology, rehabilitation, and Walk-In Care
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling models and a large call group supported by a nurse triage line
