Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care | Multiple Fort Collins Locations
4-Day Workweek, No Weekends | $100K Loan Repayment + $60K Sign-On
Join Banner Health's established primary care team in Fort Collins, Colorado! We're seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician who values work/life balance and collaborative patient care. This role offers a 4-day workweek, manageable patient panels, and exceptional compensation within one of the nation's most trusted nonprofit healthcare systems.

- Fossil Creek Clinic, 303 Colland Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80525
- Oakridge Clinic, 1113 Oakridge Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80525
- West Drake Clinic, 702A W Drake Rd., Fort Collins, CO 80526
- Horsetooth Clinic, 3519 Richmond Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80526
Position Highlights:
- Four-day workweek (4x10s)
- Monday–Friday only | No nights or weekends | Minimal shared call (phone consult-only)
- 18–22 patients per day
- Strong MA, front office, and leadership support
- Integrated care model with behavioral health, case management, PharmD, imaging, and more
- Broad scope of practice including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and procedures aligned with physician interests
Candidate Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
- Enjoys caring for patients of all ages
- Collaborative, patient-focused, and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $235,000 – $265,000, based on experience, plus incentives
- $100,000 educational loan repayment
- $60,000 sign-on bonus/relocation assistance
- Up to $18,000 resident stipend
- Paid CME and malpractice coverage
- Comprehensive benefits package for you and your family
- Location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness
