Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice located in the Adirondack Mountains of northern New York. This opportunity offers the ability to practice full-spectrum outpatient medicine in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment serving a close-knit community.

The incoming physician will join a team of experienced providers and clinical staff dedicated to delivering comprehensive primary care, preventative services, and chronic disease management. The organization offers modern clinical resources, strong administrative support, and an established patient population.

The surrounding Adirondack region provides an exceptional quality of life with access to mountains, lakes, and year-round outdoor recreation including hiking, skiing, biking, kayaking, and fishing. Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Deliver preventative care, screenings, and wellness visits
Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists when needed
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Participate in call coverage as required by the practice

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York

Working Hours

Full-time outpatient schedule
Clinic hours determined by practice needs
Call schedule as assigned by the group
