Job description
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a thriving, patient-centered practice. This role offers the opportunity to practice full-scope outpatient medicine in a supportive community setting, backed by a large, integrated health system.
-Schedule: Full-time; Monday – Friday (Standard Business Hours).
-Location: Clinton, IA.
-Team: Join an established group of primary care providers with dedicated nursing and administrative support.
-Charting: NextGen EMR.

Financial: Competitive base salary ($240,000 – $275,000 range) plus RVU-based production bonuses.

Job Responsibilities
-Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and preventative health screenings.
-Perform minor office-based procedures as needed.
-Collaborate with specialists and mid-level providers to ensure seamless patient transitions.
-Participate in clinical quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Qualifications
-Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (must obtain BC within 5 years of residency).
-Licensure: Active Iowa Medical License (or willing to obtain) and active DEA.
-Credentialing: Clean malpractice history and most recent NPDB Self-Query Report required.
-Visa Support: H1B and J1 visa candidates are eligible to apply.
Working Hours
-On-Call: Limited outpatient-only phone call (shared rotation).
