Candidate Requirements
Physician:
• Board Certified in Family Medicine – REQUIRED
• Completion of accredited Medical School and Family Medicine Residency
• Active California Medical License (MD/DO) – REQUIRED
• DEA License & CPR Certification – REQUIRED

• Outpatient-focused schedule
• After-hours call rotation shared with team
• Strong emphasis on work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
Physician Salary:
• $234,635 – $267,624 annually
