We are seeking a dedicated full-time Family Medicine Physician to join an exceptional, physician-led team. This role provides high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and work-life balance.
-Schedule: Days; 36 patient-facing hours per week.
-Location: Pueblo, CO.
-Team: Collaborative group of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
-Charting: Integrated EMR system with nearby lab and imaging services.

Salary: Competitive base range of $257,000 – $286,000 annually.

Sign-On Bonus: Eligibility for up to $20,000.

Productivity: Generous bonus structure based on wRVUs.

Loan Repayment: Student loan assistance up to $24,000 ($1,000/month for 2 years).

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
-Licensure: Active Colorado Medical License (or willing to obtain).
-Credentialing: Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days active) and active DEA required prior to start.
-Restrictions: No visa support (J1/H1B) available. Not open to locum or locum-to-perm candidates.

-On-Call: After-hours rotation with colleagues.
