Position Highlights
- Full-time outpatient Family Medicine position
- Join a collaborative team of:
- 7 physicians
- 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Practice serving 10,000+ patient lives
- Dedicated APP support within the clinic
- Outpatient call only, supporting a balanced schedule
- Fully integrated Epic electronic medical record
- Strong referral network through a large multi-specialty physician network
Compensation & Benefits
- $250,000 – $280,000+ base salary
- $50,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted New York medical license
- DEA certification
