Location: Hawaiʻi County, HI
Job Type: Permanent Job | Full-Time | Relocation Bonus
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 annually

Job Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified Physician specializing in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics to provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare services. The Physician will deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and evidence-based treatment while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

This role focuses on improving patient outcomes through health promotion, disease prevention, and coordinated care while utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and adhering to established clinical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

  • Conduct Annual Health Assessments (AHA) and Chronic Care Management (CCM).

  • Deliver preventive care services, health education, and counseling.

  • Diagnose and treat medical conditions across a diverse patient population.

  • Coordinate patient care with specialists, ancillary staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR systems.

  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, evidence-based medicine, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Advocate for patients by coordinating cost-effective healthcare services and referrals.

  • Support patient engagement and shared decision-making in treatment plans.

Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.

  • Completion of accredited residency training in the relevant specialty.

  • Active and unrestricted Medical License in the State of Hawaii.

  • Active NPI number.

  • Active DEA registration.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in Primary Care or Family Medicine.

  • Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
