Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in near Salt Lake City, UT
An established multi-specialty medical group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient practice in West Valley City, Utah. This opportunity offers the ability to practice within a collaborative environment while providing comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population.
Position Details
• Located in West Valley City, UT; SLC 10m
• Full-time outpatient Family Medicine position
• Provide comprehensive primary care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Medication management and preventative care
• Perform minor in-office procedures as appropriate
• Utilize EMR for patient documentation and chart management
• Participate in shared call coverage with the physician group
• Work collaboratively with other physicians and advanced practice providers
Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Utah
• Ability to obtain required credentialing and privileging
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
